What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

How do I start a return?

Please contact our Customer Care team at support@herzogproduction.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions to complete your return.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value if the item is available. Please email us to confirm availability before sending your return.

Are shipping costs refundable?

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return and inspect the item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
