Orders are processed before shipping. Processing times vary by product.

We do our best to ship all orders within 1-2 business days of the order being placed, but please note that during busy periods additional fulfillment time may be required.

Yes! A tracking link will be emailed to you when your order ships.

Sometimes it can take up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after an order has shipped. If 72 hours have passed and you still do not see updates, please email support@herzogproduction.com and our Customer Care team would be happy to look into it for you!

When an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ship it out as fast as possible! Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to edit your shipping address or redirect your order. Please double check your address at checkout prior to placing your order to ensure it will be delivered to the correct location.

We are unable to make adjustments to the shipping method or billing information after an order has been placed.

Please ensure you have selected your preferred shipping method at checkout before processing the payment.

In some cases, parcels can get marked as delivered on your tracking link but still take a couple of days to physically arrive.

Please reach out to us at support@herzogproduction.com if your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it so our Customer Care team can look into it for you!

We offer Standard Shipping for all U.S. orders. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after your order has been processed. Some items, like shorts, may take 5–10 business days.

Shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order and the type of product. We aim to keep our shipping costs as competitive as possible.
